These terms and conditions apply to the 123ky website and all related services (football betting, Live Casino, Slots, 2D/3D games). By using this platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to the rules set out below. If you have read these terms and do not agree, please do not continue using the service.

1.1 Age Restriction

The 123ky platform is for users aged 21+ only. Any player who registers with a false age and plays may have their account closed and any remaining balance dealt with in accordance with the law.

1.2 Personal Account

Each player is allowed to open only one personal account. If multiple accounts are opened by the same person —

• They may be detected based on a matching IP address or personal details.
• Duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or remaining balances may be forfeited.
• In serious cases, the main account may also be closed.

1.3 Accurate Information

The information provided when registering must be accurate and complete. If you are unable to provide a correct name and phone number during identity verification (KYC) for deposits and withdrawals, your withdrawal may be denied.

1.4 Account Security

Players must not share their login credentials (username and password) with any third party. 123ky is not responsible for any losses resulting from such sharing.

3.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals below this amount will not be processed.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after verification. If additional checks are being carried out, it may take longer.

3.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

• Players may only withdraw after meeting the specified Wagering Requirement following a bonus claim.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. If it differs from the original deposit method, verification may be requested.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held until KYC verification is complete.
• 123ky reserves the right to reject transfers suspected of money laundering.

3.4 Cancellation

A player may cancel a withdrawal request while it is still being processed. However, if the player cancels and then returns the funds to play, this may be treated as an attempt to abuse bonuses in violation of our policies.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The 123ky welcome bonus is a 100% bonus on your first deposit — up to 100,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager the bonus amount × 25 times first.

Example —

• If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. Wagering requirement — you must wager 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks before you can withdraw.
• If you deposit 220,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 320,000 Ks. Wagering requirement — you must wager 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks before you can withdraw.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility Restrictions

• Each player may claim the bonus once only. If a second account is opened to claim an additional bonus, the claim will be rejected.
• Bonus funds may only be used in games that qualify for that bonus. 123ky reserves the right to define which games are eligible for bonus play.
• Bonus funds may not be used for withdrawals until the Wagering Requirement is met.
• If 123ky detects any arbitrage strategy (playing solely to extract bonus value), the bonus will be voided and the account may be closed.

4.3 VIP Rewards

123ky has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members can earn up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.7%, and Gold up to 1.0%. Your VIP tier rises as you continue to play actively on the platform.

5.1 Fair Play

All games on the 123ky platform are SSL-encrypted and operated under fair play standards. Game outcomes are not predetermined and are determined by Random Number Generation technology.

5.2 Prohibited Software

Players are prohibited from using any software tool to automate the platform, interfere with game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage. If detected, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

5.3 Game Disconnections

If a connection drops during play, the outcome will be determined by reviewing the records on the game server. The 123ky server record is the final authority in any dispute.

5.4 Exclusion from Play

123ky may exclude any player without prior notice in the following cases —

• Abusing the game system
• Opening multiple accounts from the same individual
• Playing in a way that appears to be exploiting bonuses
• Threatening other players or staff

If any of the above is found, 123ky has the right to close the account and handle any remaining balance within the bounds of the law.
